UNA pizza + wine is a neighbourhood restaurant serving Californian influenced cuisine, thin-crust pizzas, good wine and as much local product as we can get. Bread and Circus is our little Roman Trattoria that we have located right next door to Una.

Job Knowledge and Abilities:
The work requires the following knowledge, skill and/or abilities:
•At least 5 years working in similar restaurant environment or hospitality industry
•Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: sanitation, security, company policies and procedures and employee management.
•Aptitude for handling the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities, while recommending solutions to potential restaurant problems
•Excellent communication skills for dealing with a diverse group of staff and guests on a daily basis
•Strong conflict management skills
•An personality that works well both giving and receiving direction
•Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that food and service meet appropriate standards
•Must be able to keep calm in stressful situations
•Ability to organize work effectively using time management skills
•Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
•Be honest and trustworthy with the ability to maintain confidentiality on the job
•Physical ability to perform the duties of the job
•Ability to operate related equipment
